Jim Mashall is A liar

Jim Marshal is a liar. When he was mayor of Macon He tried to break parity between the police and fire depts. Parity is where we have the same pay scale. During a meeting with fire fighters he was trying to explain why and I asked him would he veto councils vote if they voted to keep parity, he said no that he would support council decision. So I said that we needed to talk to council not him. Council voted to keep parity and he vetoed it. The man didn't have the intestinal fortitude to tell me the truth. What else has he lied about?
